Spot Colors

Spot colors are a separate color of ink on the press. They need special attention, or disaster could result.

When converting spot colors to CMYK, be aware that a perfect match is impossible.

Trapping
Trapping is required where two inks touch each other. If not trapped, unsightly gaps appear between colors which are supposed to touch.
